iKnowBase enables you to develop a customized login form using the Login portlet. Requires that Oracle Portal is installed.
To customize the login form, perform the following steps:
This section describes the properties of a Custom login portlet, as shown on the corresponding Edit pane.

| Title |
Type a title for this portlet. If the Oracle Portal portlet region is set to display portlet decorations, this title is used as a border heading. |
| LDAP Profile |
Select the appropriate LDAP profile. |
| Style class for table |
Select a CSS class for the surrounding div-tab. |
| Style class for text |
Select a CSS class that is used for the text elements. |
| Style class for error text |
Select a CSS class for the error messages. |
| Style class for button |
Select a CSS class for the form button. |
| Target page after login |
Select the target page that appears after login. If you do not specify the target page, iKnowBase directs the user to portal.home. |
| Show “Forgotten password” link |
Specifies if the Forgotten password link appears. This link appears when the user is not logged in to iKnowBase. |

Specifies the target page that points to a page with the Forgotten password portlet. Note: Select YES for this and the Show �Forgotten password� link property to display the Forgotten password link. |
| Display “New user” link |
Specifies if the New User link appears. This link appears when the user is not logged in to iKnowBase. |
